Reception and breakfast areas resemble a hostel more than a boutique hotel expected at this level. balcony doors did not close properly, which affected privacy.

Couple seeking relaxation
The location is great, really quiet yet close enough to walk to the night market. The staff was super friendly, went out their way to help us with the local customs, including food for the monks.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

This hotel truly impressed me with its resort-like ambiance. The room felt spacious and was tastefully decorated, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. Waking up to the inviting sight of the pool was a pleasure. The breakfast buffet provided a delightful array of options, especially the cheese omelet and pho that I couldn't get enough of. Exploring Luang Prabang was a breeze thanks to the free bicycles available at the hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and provided thoughtful service, particularly Noy, who made my stay memorable with his friendly demeanor and personal touches. the room had some drawbacks. The balcony faced the pool, which compromised privacy. I often felt exposed if I ventured out. Although the overall cleanliness was commendable, the soap provided could be better. I also faced issues with the Wi-Fi not reaching the bathroom consistently, and the hot water was sometimes unreliable for filling the bathtub. A lack of clear communication about corporate events made it a bit awkward when the pool area was busy with business gatherings. Despite these hiccups, I would definitely consider returning for the superb location and fantastic service.
